Today we have celebrated the beginning of 2022 with a lesson on GEPs Implementation that is part of the second round of training on GEPs and Gender Budgeting that we are going to organize between January 2022 and end of April 2022.

Our partner Max Planck Institute managed the meeting thanks to the interventions of two highly competent trainers like Ulla Weber and Corinna Pusch that offered a very interesting overview on how to implement GEPs effectively. The online classroom was successfully participated by 42 project colleagues that were very active in participation and eager to share their GEPs’ experiences at their RPOs.

This advanced-level training is focused on how to deal with the encountered resistances in implementing GEPs and how to achieve a successful acceptance management, with practical exercises on negotiation.

Participants are expected to work on their GEPs implementation experiences and to be trained on how to improve negotiation skills, how to develop a conflict management approach and to increase communication abilities.

At LeTSGEPs we are convinced, indeed, that the advancement of communicational skills and innovative negotiation methods within every RPO is vital in order to involve the leadership as well as all employees and departments for successful implementation.

By the end of the lessons training materials will be put at disposal on this website, like we already did for the previous round of training.
