The focus of WP1 is managing the regular development of the project and guaranteeing the regular schedule of milestones and deliverables. Therefore, it will also include defining the tasks and responsibilities of participants and groups within the project.
As part of the general organization of the project, WP1 will deal with the administrative and financial management.
The implementation of the project and its overall quality will be constantly monitored by the Project Coordinator. The quality of the deliverables will also be guaranteed by a process of collaborative revisions and cross-checks.
Working closely with WP7, WP1 will also provide the data management framework of LeTSGEPs. This will include the appointment of a Data manager and the definition of a Data Management Plan, that will serve as a manual on how to gather and process data, to be used by all partners.
