On 20-21 June 2022, LeTSGEPS partners met either in Belgrade or online for the Sixth Project meeting.

Despite the difficulties that usually tend to characterize the hybrid meetings, the meeting was successful and helped partners to keep track of what has been learnt and implemented in the first two years and a half of the project:

  • How to implement a gender bias analysis at RPOs
  • How to manage workgroups for GEPs
  • How to organize a training strategy

  • How to do Gender Budgeting – technical methodology
  • How to do Gender Equality Plans – technical methodology
  • How to implement Gender procurement
  • How to communicate GE, GEPs and GB
  • How to negotiate GE, GEPs and GB
  • Best practices
  • How to structure and write a GEP in detail
  • How to negotiate GEPs within administrations
  • How to implement RPOs
  • How to refine GEPs
  • How to monitor and evaluate results
  • Ho to overcome obstacles
  • Studying counteracting actions
  • Negotiating new measures, different terms for the old ones

No doubts it has been a great learning experience so far! The main challenge until the end of the project is to make sure a transformative change is now implemented in all implementing RPOs and beyond, thanks also to the refined GEPs.
