June 2022 is a very important month for LeTSGEPs, since we are going to publish the second edition of the Gender Equality Plans by our six implementing partners.

A long way took us to this achievement: we are all so proud of it!

In short: after context Analysis, surveys, meetings and training, one year ago, in June 2021, we published the first six Gender Equality Plans. Twelve month later, we are now refining the second GEPs’ edition that will be published soon.

While we are reviewing the last editing details, we asked to our partners a video contribution on their experience on GEP, hoping they may inspire other RPOs.

We asked therefore to each one of them:

  • What have you done on Gender Budgeting in your Gender Equality Plan?
  • What are the Key Actions in your GEP?
  • What do you plan to change in the refined version of your GEP?

All the six partners developed Gender Equality Plan according to a common methodology and respecting both the gear tool and the Horizon Europe guidelines, but their different context led them to focus on specific aspects of their GEPs related to :

  • Improving data analysis to reach Gender Equality at ICM (Video by Maria Gracia Puga)
  • Developing measures for gender Equal Remuneration at Max Planck (Video by Ulla Weber)

  • The path to Achieve Gender Equality at Misanu (Video by Djordje Baralic and Bjliana Nedeljkov)
